1) In the models "with screen", what functionality do these screens have? could they be customized in any way?

Answer:

1, Support 4G and Wifi connection.  2, The screen can show the user how to use the power bank rental machine  3, You can configurate the ads content on the screen。 The ads on the screen are uploaded by themselves in the background, and the screen cannot be customized. 2) What is the lifetime of the charging stations?

Answer: Usually 4 years.  and the warranty period of the charging station is 1 year, if there is a problem with the equipment for more than 1 year, we can help you solve the problem remotely. 

3)Is the 10% fee for using the ChargeNow back-end negotiable?  The first year there is no fee? Answer: If a client uses Chargenow's backend and payment, then: 

1. The standard charging policy is: the company collects a 10% rental revenue sharing, and the other 90% belongs to the client. 

2.  The support charging policy is: 100% rental revenue sharing belongs to the client in the first year;  Starting from the second year, it will be 90%. 

3.  The client is responsible for payment channel fees and transfer fees.
4) Is it possible to take the batteries in a station and return them in a different one? Is this an option available in the software?
Answer:Our power bank can be rented out from A staiton and return to B station.each power bank has the tracking number on back-end
dashboard, so no matter in which machine the battery is returned, the system will know that.
5)Is your offering international, or do you sell products/software to the Chinese market?
Answer:Our products are international, and our sales markets are distributed in China and various countries and regions around the
world.
6)How does the software work: Will the software show all other franchisee locations, or just my locations?
Answer:This software is available to display the locations of all other franchisees that we work with.
7)Is the software charged from day 1? Is there any new partner deals (1/2 years free to build customer base)
Answer:Our software is a one-time fee.
Regarding the software fees, they are all calculated based on cost, and the price is relatively reasonable.
